You may have noticed we’ve gone a bit nuts lately in the lipstick department. Kate and I have leapt from our comfort zones into unknown territory and for the most part we’ve been pretty happy with our new discoveries. However, with all our lipstick shenanigans we’ve been neglecting the glosses and lip balms of the world.
After an awesome run of FABruary with thousands of pics uploaded, Fox in Flats is taking the styledares into March and we couldn’t be more pleased. It’s the perfect way to step out of your comfort zone or find an excuse to dig out those neglected items from your wardrobe. If you’re yet to take part I really recommend it. The Fox in Flats community are so supportive and encouraging. And it’s just a lot of fun. Here are some ideas to keep it cruelty free.
It’s not the most exciting beauty item one can purchase, but lip balm is probably a must-have for the majority of us. The heat and air-conditioning can wreak havoc on our lips in summer, while the winter wind is the arch-nemesis.
I use lip balm – a lot. Reviewing it was harder than I expected because I’ve always had multiple lip balms on the go. You’ll find them scattered around, next to my bed, at my desk, in my handbag … I’ve even found one nestled in the pocket of last year’s winter coat. And usually they’re different types and brands, making it tricky to narrow down the good from the bad.
Not anymore. It’s time to scrutinise …
